Shipping & Delivery
We deliver our bicycle accessories to all states and territories in Australia using primarily Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of your purchase from time of shipping.
Terms & Conditions
- We won’t despatch accessories to you until full payment of the purchase price, including relevant delivery fees, have been received.
- Delivery is via Australia Post or in some cases courier companies. Local store pick up is available for free.
Refund & Returns Policy
- No change of mind refunds or returns on; electric bicycles, customer ordered items or sale items.
- No change of mind refunds or returns on accessories after 7 days for purchases in-store or ten days for purchases on-line from date of purchase.
- Delivery fees are not refundable under any circumstances for online sales.
Manufacturer’s Warranty or Guarantee
- Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of an acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Damaged Goods on Delivery
It is your responsibility to check the packaging when items are delivered. Please do not sign off on delivery if the packaging is damaged as this often voids any liability of the shipping company.
Product Availability & Online Pricing
While we work hard to ensure that product prices and availability are correct on the website, mistakes can happen. All products are subject to availability. All prices appearing on our website are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance by Perth Electric Bike Centre.
Paying with PayPal is our only accepted payment means online, however, if you prefer to pay via credit card offline, we can accept this. Simply note this during the checkout process.
Storage Costs & Disposal
- We charge a storage fee of $2.50 per day for any bicycle that is not picked up within 2 days of service or warranty completion, unless by prior arrangement.
- Any bike not collected after 4 weeks will be sold to recover costs, donated to a charity, or disposed of.
Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and all the information collected during the ordering process will only be used to deliver your products to you. Your information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
